Hey Guys!
I am super excited to be participating in Tread Together, a 24 hour treadmill challenge in support of Suicide Prevention Australia, to raise MUCH NEEDED awareness on suicide and work towards prevention!
I'm doing it because this sits close to home with me. Mental Health, Depression, Anxiety, Suicide... all very common within our world but we choose not to give light to it because it's all "too messy"
I want to make a difference! So I've created my Fundraising page together with Anytime Fitness Bondi!
Basically a $15 donation = 15 minutes on the treadmill for me!
