Hello everyone!
My name's Amy and I'm the Membership Consultant and Club Champion at Anytime Fitness Findon.
Here at Anytime Findon we believe that mental health is just as important as your physical health and we hope that the environment at our gym reflects those values. We know that everyone has their own stories and journeys, each one as inspirational as the next and we love to hear about them.
That's why I am extremely proud to be participating in Tread Together, a 24 hour treadmill challenge in support of Suicide Prevention Australia (SPA), to raise much-needed awareness of suicide, and funds towards its prevention.
I am getting involved and taking a stand. Not only because I want to make a difference, but because it is a cause I hold close to my heart. With so many families, loved ones, communities and lives affected by suicide each year we are dedicated to helping anyway we can. There are so many reasons to get behind this amazing cause and together we can help.
Walk, jog, run or dance. Come down and support each other and do your part!
