Hey Guys!
Unfortunately there are many people who have depression and suicidal thoughts all around the world. These people are skill kept in the dark and haven't fully being recognised and helped. It IS okay for you to tell someone that you're experiencing these emotions and thoughts, and it IS okay to let someone know if you feel that one of your family members or friends is acting out of the ordinary. The question "Are You Okay" can really mean the world to someone who is experiencing those types of emotions.
So in saying that, i am here to raise money and awareness to help suicide prevention. To help those who can't help them self. i WILL be glued to the treadmill for the full 24 hours to show those who are watching that there are people out there like myself and everyone who has joined this cause who care for people that are going through difficult times in their life. You are not alone. So please donate money, share this page around. Get it out there, help me help others.
